Using body butter after showering or bathing is the best way to apply it. Pat your body dry with a towel, leaving some moisturiser on your skin and do not rub it dry. Apply a generous scoop of body butter directly to your skin and massage until fully absorbed. Body butter is especially beneficial for elbows, knees, hands, and feet. These are all dry areas that will benefit greatly from generous application of body butter to help nourish them.
